But on FM or FIFA you can to an extent ignore this type of things, perfectly train them into a new position or even just use the data editor.

We will eventually. It's a position we are missing a player in for sure, but you can't solve everything in one window. I think we'd all love an elite striker, too, but Tosun is fine for now and someone else would be cost prohibitive.

But yeah, put Doucoure in that squad or someone that can win and carry a ball forward, and it looks pretty darn good. Gomes is a decent attempt at that, though, and think he'll be really good.

Different types, and I agree that a player in the Docuoure mould would be good.

Gomes for me is more of a playmaker than a ball carrier. Can dictate our tempo, which lets Gana do the legwork.

Schneiderlin looked to be that guy, but he's bombed.

He builds squads like I do on FM.

I always use the database to sign all the wonderkids, but I still sign the older players to play till the yoots are ready.
