Everton reach loan agreement with Chelsea for Kurt Zouma
L’Équipe report that Everton have agreed a loan deal with Chelsea for French central defender Kurt Zouma.
The Toffees now face a race against the clock to ensure that all the formalities are completed.

I think that Everton will not have time to conclude that.

They just need to hand a deal sheet in with basics of the transfer, the rest is subject to medical and it gives them time to get that complete. So you could have nothing until 16:45 and still get it done as the agents/players/clubs don't have time to haggle.

Formalities include getting the paperwork sent to the league and booking a medical. Pretty sure as long as the deal is in to the league by 5 that we can get an extension to complete the deal.

Remains to be seen but it ain't impossible.
