Brands has got a hell of a job to sort the mess out he has left - because so many of the signings are on wages (and ages) that makes them virtually worthless as resale. Probably another £200m in wages over the next 4 years will go on players who just won't play for us.

God dammit, I wish teams wouldn't offer players new deals after just one good season. If you do that wheres their determination to play better? Do spurs hands out lucrative contacts so willy nilly?
