Succession Planning - Managerial Wishlist

I want us to go for a young coach who feasibly could manage us for 5 to 10 years. The one exception to that though, would be Carlo.

Probably not what we really need but I would love to see him come back and be given proper backing to go and win something.

Will most likely be a free agent after the world Cup.
I really miss him, his show with James, also the world famous Who? gif

Whoever can bring in Fb's and a striker.

Play on the front foot, fast transition, high tempo football.

Ambitious
Positive
And a Plan B and C

Put a Name on that CV and give him the job..

I wouldn't think twice about getting someone like that to sit in a room with a few of the players and try and get them to focus more and have a bit more self belief in what they can do. Actually remind some of these players how hard it was, and how good they had to be to actually be part of that elusive % that actually makes it out of an academy and into a first team, give them some self confidence back.

For me... id want to at least be enquiring on.

Adi Hütter
Oliver Glasner
Marco Rose
Vincenzo Italiano

The call might be 5 mins long, and they might tell us to swerve. But please swerve the British clogger obsession behind.

I`d like to see him been given a go. We`ve been appointing managers with experience of club management and all have not lasted very long, it would be nice to try someone fresh to club management but that has had success in managing a team at international level, and who had a spell as a player and always got his head down and gave his all as a player.

rob key has dibs on him @summerisle

Really good fit at Everton I think

Really aggressive direct high tempo football. Fast forwards constantly making runs in behind and good at set pieces

Bad fit at Spurs, really good fit at Everton
Every time someone mentions Frank, I think of the season when we had Dyche and a points deduction and he finished below us with a better squad.

Don't see it with Frank at all. Doing a shocking job at Spurs with a much better squad than we have. Andrews has shown that his job at Brentford whilst impressive wasn't overly so as they've got an underrated team
