Please, for God's sake, stop calling Johnson, Boris. He's not some eccentric relative, who everybody excuses his foibles because he doesn't mean any harm. Very few people are calling him “Boris” these days.

The purpose is to dupe those voters who are not necessarily predisposed to his kind of politics, by playing into this daftness, oh look Boris Johnson (Boris) is harmless. Probably some slick psychological term used in the art of subliminal advertising. I find him insincere and condescending. Those who continue this are either supporters or the easy minded.

Labour don’t like him being called Boris even though they loved Corbyn being called Jezza. However he has become his usual miserable self and is now Corbyn, Boris is still Boris.....

Boris Johnson has just suspended Parliament for the first time since 1629. An unelected PM has asked an unelected monarch to take away the democracy that was fought for by many of our relatives. This is the 1930’s all over again.

And for someone who campaigned for Brexit on the premise of retaining parliamentary sovereignty (which was never ever in danger) he’s now taking away parliamentary sovereignty. He’s acting like a dictator. How hypocritical of him.

And how pathetic. Any other country, this would be stopped.
