I'd consider that the jurisdiction of the Data Protection Act extends as far as Goodison Park ;)
absolutely, but when they're not disclosing anyone's personal data I'd consider it a reference to legislation irrelevant in this scenario

BOOM !!! ESKIMO

Would it not be related to the terms and conditions under which you hold a client account at Everton ?

Careful lads, if you type Data Protection Act one more time then you'll summon Damo QC the bad beaut and he'll bore us all for hours on the topic.

I'm sure this person you speak of will simply tell you to bore off you massive headed qweg. Or something like that. Or something. @moutsgoat

Shame tactics.
Maybe they should shame the to***r who's idea this was to embarrass a loyal fan who actually buys a season ticket and goes to the game to watch the sh@te they've served up this season.
I've renewed but only on Friday and I'm beginning to question my decision making.

Well I am not sure it is the Club's business to inform others whether or not a customer has renewed or not.

I would not expect my bank to inform other customers as to whether or not I have cleared my credit card balance in full this month before the due date.

What is the difference?
