When you arrive at your seat for Sunday's game against Manchester United, you may notice a sticker has been placed there.

The stickers are for Season Ticket Holders who have not yet renewed for the 2015/16 campaign, to remind them that the Guarantee Your Seat deadline is on Friday 1 May.

For the first time the Guarantee Your Seat deadline comes before the end of the extended Early Bird discount sales window – which closes on 24 May.

So, fans who do not renew by 1 May will run the risk of losing their existing seat for next season.

And with almost 1,000 existing Season Ticket holders already on a ‘transfer list’ eager to move into the best seats that are not renewed by 1 May, the Club is urging fans to act fast to avoid disappointment.

Everton Season Ticket sales are currently tracking ahead of the Club’s highest ever season ticket yield in the Premier League era, with average attendances at Goodison Park during this campaign being the highest since 2004.

There is also still time for fans to take advantage of a nine month payment plan^ and spread the cost of their seat ahead of the Guarantee Your Seat deadline.

Or, to put it another way, you've got two weeks less than last year to guarantee keeping your seat.
On the flip side, I think the early bird window has been extended ?

I'm sure there'll be very few of these stickers on seats in the Park End though.

What a brilliant way to build customer loyalty - yes, let's publicly name and shame any supporter who hasn't already renewed in front of all their friends and neighbouring fans! What next have EFC's marketing geniuses got up their sleeves? - put tar and feathers on their seats for the Sunderland game?????

It's honestly a terrible decision and I find it troubling that it's been allowed to happen. For this it would have been raised as an idea and have to go through internal systems (content, design and delivery) and the costs signed off before hitting seats tomorrow.

At some point during that process someone surely must have flagged it as being crass and disengaging to the club's own customers.

It's another example of how the people making the decisions deserve to be nowhere near the club as they're out of touch with the ordinary supporter.

I think the club has arranged a personalised sticker for your seat.

@moutsgoat what does it say Friend?

also, if it's been raining, it'd make the stickers hard to stick
