Adidas recently have lost the RS, Chelsea, Southampton, Stoke and Swansea as kit suppliers. I know they have spent a fortune on united's kit deal but are Adidas looking to concentrate on other areas of their business? If not I can foresee Adidas looking to make a strong claim to be our next kit supplier as we are an established Premiership club and with a new stadium on the horizon, I feel the 'brand' and exposure of the club will only enhanced.

I like that Umbro have given us unique and traditional looking kits. Nike just produce awful templates for everyone. We'd probably be wearing blue shorts if we had them. Adidas usually just churn out really boring template kits too.

I see spurs are getting 25m next year from Nike as opposed to 10m from under armour. They are southern based and regulars if Europe (if not the champions league). Surprisingly city are only getting 12m per year off Nike. Surprising considering they are regulars in the champions league, although they are in the process of renogotiating a new deal that could land them a 20m per year.
It begs the question what could we expect to get? Apparently we get 6m per year off umbro and I'm sure European football and the announcement of a new ground on the waterfront would see us as an 'attractive' proposition to kit suppliers. I suppose 10m per year could be attainable.

Sergio Tacchini, you heard it here 1st.

and we will bring back short shorts to the game.

They did some bits for us a few seasons back, was deffo the best footy related stuff I've seen for years.

Watching this Europa League match and Fenerbahce has some pretty decent kits. Not a team I could see having top priority for design from Adidas but still decent.
