He's as responsible as anyone for the mess we've been in

In the summer, we need to rip absolutely everything up and start again and the planning for that needs to begin almost immediately as far as a new DoF (if we retain that model), a new manager and the back room team and scouting structure

Also, if we're having a DoF, it needs to be someone who has experience of working in that role, not someone who is a chief scout

Koeman failed and thus he was sacked so did your idol. I found it odd that Walsh, as he failed massively to do his job properly, is not sacked. Sake.

If a manager is fully responsible then why on earth there is a DOF around? And he is still not sacked due to his input on the transfers this summer.

Do you think Walsh went out and got him Klaassen? Or Schneiderlin who he worked with for two seasons? Or Pickford and Keane who he personally identified as players he wanted? Or Martina?...

Walsh is a flimsy fig leaf to put in front of Koeman to spare his blushes.

That's exactly the problem, Walsh hasn't actually contributed at all! If he had found us some good players in the year he's been with the club then we might not be stuck playing Koeman's absolute toilets.
