I've heard rumours that hes extremely crooked for a while now. I've no reason to agree or disagree with them cause I really don't know but his associations with BFS certainly ring alarm bells.

Careful mate, this has appeared a few times and there have been permas for it

Certainly overpays massively when unopposed for very average british based talent and keeps some very unsavoury company

Spot on that from Claridge.

"Please look, Ronald Koeman went there with a really strong hand. There's no way in the world that Ronald Koeman goes there and says 'Do you know what? Let's get Steve Walsh in, let him get all the players in and I'll just work with them.'

"That is just not happening. This happens time and time again. If you're a manager of any standing and you're worth your salt - you have the final say. "Please let's not go there. If Ronald Koeman gets those players in they're Ronald Koeman's responsibility, nobody else's. "You get someone to go and watch those players but it must always be you that has the final say. And if it's not, there's something wrong at your football club."

"I just can't see someone who's gone there with the strength of hand that Ronald Koeman went there from, just saying, 'tell you what, people can do the buying and the selling, all I'll do is coach these players.' It just doesn't work like that."

There's also something very wrong with our football club.

You mean Leicester man claridge, friend of Walsh, not like he's going to fight his corner

If Walsh hasn't got him the players the how can he say yes or no to them?

Giroud and the striker example is perfect. Spent so much time on him and then for his other half to shut it down and to not have anyone else lined up is just criminal.

There is absolutely no way Koeman would have said no to the 2nd, 3rd, 4th choice striker on the list. He knew how important it was, he'd been saying it for a month and a half. Therefore the blame lies at Walsh.

Koeman didn’t care. We all know this. He gave in the last transfer window too

The Director of Failure shouldn't be given 1 more pound coin to spend on this club. He should instead be sued for gross negligence.

Doesn't matter if he is or isn't given the job to sign players or identify them anymore mate, the new manager is going to be the bloke who hired him as his head of recruitment at Newcastle - so they will decide together - think at Newcastle they signed roughly 13-14 players in one summer - of which I think 3 of them played more than 40 games for the club and over half of them either never played or where 30+ when they where signed,

this is what we have to look forward too, that recruitment in one summer ended up wrecking Newcastle in terms of what they could and couldn't do transfer wise for years. lots of high wages on players no one would then subsequently take from them

A friend and mouthpiece of the fraud. Trying to deflect his responsibility.

Do you think Walsh went out and got him Klaassen? Or Schneiderlin who he worked with for two seasons? Or Pickford and Keane who he personally identified as players he wanted? Or Martina?...

Walsh is a flimsy fig leaf to put in front of Koeman to spare his blushes.
