Yep, we can legally sign him up at any time. But if we don't, then I presume that Moyes is not impressed enough with his fitness or attitude. Or, instead, the player himself doesn't fancy us.

Don´t think Appiah is the type of player we should be looking for ar at the moment. With both Segundo Castillo and Marouane Fellaini coming in and Jack Rodwell as back up, I feel this is not an area in midfield that needs improving.
