Wonder how much of Everton’s complaint is to with a moral stand and how much is to do with that image rights being excluded from the deal……
Ie if they paid £15m per season for image the rights would they have accepted it.
Be interesting to see if Stake apologies and pull the ads or if they’ve pulled the commercial teams pants down and these type of promotional images were included without the club realising.

We can, thats one thing, but its also shows we have reservations on being associated with them, its just wrong on many levels.
Also the League do need to put a stop to this
