Wherever the animal comes from is irreverent imo. Once due process is carried out the thing should be put down like the rabbid dog that it is. I totally get that most people have strong feelings over the death penalty but its callrd for on this occasion. Its exactly what this filth deserves.

It’s just beyond sick, and like most people I’m struggling to understand it. I think it was an act of terror tbh, possibly perpetrated by a sick mind, but an act of terrorism nonetheless.

Not sure why people are getting hung up on the perpetrator’s birthplace. The 7/7 bombers were all born in Leeds, and the arena bomber was born in Manchester. The 1999 nail bomber was a white guy from Hounslow. They were all terrorists, regardless of where they come from or their mental health status!

Yesterday was terror, in my view! I could be wrong of course, but I come from Northwest England, where we had a pop concert for kids blown up just a few years ago, and Liverpool Women’s Hospital was also targeted recently. The woman’s hospital ffs!!!

So even if I am wrong, I don’t think people can be blamed for thinking that way. Not in this world that we evidently live in!

I see the usual types across the web were genuinely itching for a migrant from one of those hotels to be responsible.

Kids are dead and that’s the first place your mind goes to? I genuinely cannot understand that mindset.

Going to have to disagree.

People are rightfully allowed to be angry and upset over this horrific tragedy, if it is someone of ethnic origin don’t they have a point to be worried? Kids aren’t even safe at nurseries.

They’re entitled to be worried as much as they are about the white, female and British serial killing paediatric nurse who was working in the local area.

In fact, she killed more so surely, logically, that should be the greater concern? Or is the whole ethnicity argument just a bit flawed, aye?

Absolutely right to be worried about knife crime. But it is extremely misguided and unhelpful to link ethnicity to the causes of it, don't you think?

BBC saying he was born in Cardiff to Rwandan parents so he is most likely to be a Catholic. But that won't fit the agenda for some people.

The difference here is that kids are nor unsafe because there are people of different ethnicities in the country. That's the massive stretch that some people make.
