Was watching borussia dortmund vs bayer yesterday and I was commenting how amazing the Bundesliga is. And now I watch such droll :(

Outnumbered in midfield simple as that really. Barkley needs to drop in leaving Lukaku isolated up front. I'd take McCarthy on and Push Davies further up or take Lookman/Mirallas on for him.

But I'm sure Koeman knows this

i don't know where barry was going. Kane hadn't touched the ball all match so his shot was more out of desperation and it was predictable, barry got in a good position and then for some reason ran further back and away and then the shot was straight through him.
He also played a big part, but Gana just gave up on the play. It's uncharacteristic of him especially as he was right on Kane's side. Didn't even put a challenge in.

I will never understand how we have 7, maybe 8 defensive players on the pitch and still get carved open. We capitulate every single time we go against a bigger club, especially away. Makes no sense. Such a losers mentality when they have any sense of expectation put on them

Kane is a more complete striker than Rom imo , but Lukaku has had no service or support and that's tough against any team but Spurs defence is statistically the best in the league

Kane has been fantastic this year. Hold up play, passing, goal scoring, its all there.

Not so bad. Spurs are very very good, and we're only behind to a goal from nothing by a top striker. We are still in this, with a few slight changes. Even though Spurs have been excellent, we've created a few chances and got some crosses in. Find a way to get Funes off only because he's been booked and could pick up a second yellow..Holgate perhaps on for him so its easy to go three at the back if necessary. And Lookman, Valencia or Mirallas on for Barry. Could mean a heavier defeat, or could be a win against the odds. Personally I'd put Lookman on, but for some reason I think Valencia could get some joy down the right. A draw would be a great result here...win isn't impossible.
He didn't book mori

Lets be honest we are still in this, if I was a Spurs fan I would be worried we (as in they) did end the game in 45 mins, we just need to have a serious plan B, dont forget we looked awful in the first 45 at City them Rom scored early, we can do this!!!!

15 minutes of madness aside, they were actually okay. Can't see a comeback though, certainly not with Barry on the pitch.

when we have the ball with no pressure, Funes Mori's distribution is terrible and puts us back under pressure. GB is there to protect the back 4 and when the midfield have good shape, we are protecting well but we have been pulled out of shape and Spuds have made very good use of the gaps. They are a good side. Gana got the wrong side of Kane for the goal and GB was slow closing down.
Not a good half but we are still in this game

And they keep referring to that snide Ali with his first name.

didn't he say he wanted to be referred to as that because of father problems. Hence why he has his first name on the back of his shirt because he doesn't want his father's name advertised basically? I have no idea, i think he's worn both first and last names on his shirt.
