Absolutely expecting us to smash them now purely because it's the last thing we're all expecting
There's 19 teams worth of fans wanting us to win on Sunday. Moyes and our players are gonna fold quicker than a hot mars bar.Absolutely expecting us to smash them now purely because it's the last thing we're all expecting
Moyesy would prefer that hot mars bar in batter if you don't mindThere's 19 teams worth of fans wanting us to win on Sunday. Moyes and our players are gonna fold quicker than a hot mars bar.
Not sure as they know a draw keeps them up, be interesting to see how they approach the game.….Spurs much improved of late, suspect it’ll be like The Alamo and we’ll be under the cosh. A few of our best players look spent but the longer it remains 0-0 the more anxious they’ll get, especially if West Ham take a lead.
We know how they’ll be feeling. I have no idea how this will pan out, not feeling positive but it’s a funny old game.
this is a banter acc, didn't they help us with Leeds win
They were looking like they would have little chance of staying up early in the season, but as soon as they got themselves above Spurs they seem to have gone to pieces and can`t get the points they need, (except when Everton come to town), and I think Spurs may not have the bottle to survive a proper scrap at the bottom, but they have us rocking up to their place on Sunday and I am expecting another defeat for us.
I agree , WHU have to win, and have more battlers in their team and crowd will be up for it. I still think spurs are fragile, and spurs fans just aren’t used to these dogfights at the bottom, especially if they go behind. Just depends which Everton turn upI think WHU will win. Do not mess this up Everton

Yepp. That Villa rigging and Arsenal protection by the refs ruined their mood. But now they have nothing to lose and it is a final day of football. They can win and we should winThink what spooked West Ham was watching Villa just play walking football and basically gift wrapping Spurs the three points. That was ridiculous to watch really.
Also that non goal v Arsenal is playing a part now. If West Ham were one point off Spurs that would change dynamics as Spurs would have to win the game if West Ham win v Leeds. Similar to 2023 final day and having to beat Bournemouth with Leicester beating West Ham ironically.
Bournemouth were committed on the day and created a few chances but you could also see they weren't as intense in the 50/50s and stuff like taking throw ins/free kicks quickly so that is often the difference in season run ins between teams with everyone to play for and those in mid table.
Not sure as they know a draw keeps them up, be interesting to see how they approach the game.
I would guess we will help their nerves and confidence by sitting back and looking like we are the ones needing a point.
It’s written in the stars!if Chelsea beat them tonight, there's a good chance we may send them down, WHam will beat Leeds defo
We’d end up with a points deduction for not playing our strongest side (determined by Dick Master esq)Think I'd mix up the team for this after Sunday's shocking collapse.
Tyrique George will have loads of Chelsea players and fans telling him to get Spurs down so he'll be up for this I reckon so I'd throw him a start as he'll be motivated and we haven't seen enough of him.
Moyes more likely to start McNeill though.
Gana comes back in if fit and I'd say Barry and bring on Beto for last 30 minutes.
Sunday is a funny one. This team proves time and again it can go and get away wins at tough venues. Basically that has kept the team up this season given how mediocre the form has been at BMD bar the odd good performance like against Chelsea.
If Spurs could go down with a draw then I would think that would happen.. However beating them down there feels a stretch with little to play for and then pressing at 1000%.
This season though the club has won at Old Trafford playing for virtually the whole game with 10 men. And also at Villa Park in January with half the team missing for various reasons.
My guess is this will peter out into a 1-1 although Spurs would be as nervous as anything if there is 7-8 minutes of injury time and West Ham are winning.
Moyes has been doing this for 30 years and is a top pro regardless of what people think of his managerial abilities so motivation won't be an issue. I just wish he could've motivated them sufficiently for the Sunderland second half as that was really poor to watch and cost chance of Europe this season.
