...as I keep saying, big defensive problems down the flank. As I keep saying, Lennon ball watches, opposition players continually get around the back of us.

No athleticism (Baines for the first goal didn’t have the legs or strength to cover). Not sure how Walsh has escaped a cull.

Went for Sigurdsson.

I genuinely feel that there's too much 'supposed' quality in this team to eventually go down, although I do feel that we need drastic changes.

These changes however need to start from the very top as the club wreaks of being in total disarray from the board down to the pitch.

Koeman was sacked over a month ago yet there is still no replacement, even though Unsworth has in the mainstay looked out of his depth.

Not excusing the players, as they must burden much of the responsibility, but they're in limbo: no consistent tactics; multiple changes of the XI.

Moreover, that's not been help by the woeful transfer window we suffered; it's easy to say with hindsight yet it was embarrassingly ad-hoc.

We simply need to find a manager, work on the training ground with some form of philosophy and begin to grind out the results before January.

Then we can look at signings/departures in the window and some form of longer term play - now we simply need to survive this season!

Had to bote Kenny for the simple fact he looked like he cared, seen DCL getting a lot of grief,he was poor but when your whole attack is based on hammering 60 yard balls to a kid getting marked by two CH and no one else within 30 yards of him its hardly surprising he looks bad
Schnierdelin shouldnt be allowed anywhere near the club, could have played with 10 men and it wouldnt have made it any worse

Jonjoe because at one point - when everyone else in that team of overpaid shithouses was desperately finding the nearest opposing player to stand next to so they didn't have to take any responsibility - he was the only person in the entire defence and midfield waving for a pass. Playing out of position on the wrong side of a central defence who couldn't find their rear to be arsed enough...

Pickford man of the match.

The only one who wasn't actively terrible.

Kenny and maybe Gueye are the only ones who actually tried.

Did you hear the battle cry from Jags during the game. No neither did I. Him and Baines have been finished for 2 season. They both should have been culled following the Martinez debacle along with Mirallas. Go with the youth as the older players haven't got the stomach for the fight. Kenny was our best player. Even when he was switched to Left back. If the players were at each other's throats I would have a touch more respect but they look apathetic at best.

In a season of lows it's frightening to think that we might not have hit rock bottom.

I have seen worse Everton teams, but not one as spineless.

Nurse! Me pills!
