Just got back and check the score as Blackpool manage to win 2-1 in the first leg, hope someone would release a video online for this match, I did love to check out what he is like in a full match, I also look forward to watching Vaughan tomorrow and I won't be missing the second leg of both match!

I am having a look at Beckford at the moment, he just managed to score his second goals for Leeds' match today, another 10 mins or so, and this match is over as well.

Looks like the lad was in superb form yet again last night. Sky giving him the highest rating!
Lets hope Blackpool dont get idea's if they make the prem!

Still buzzing after watching that last night (work commitments stopped me from going). Coleman again had an excellent game. The attacking side to his game is so good, prepared to take men on, looks for space to play to, receive in. Still needs a bit of improvement on the defensive side, but that will come with games/experience.

1 game away from the dream land. Just need Cardiff to win against Leicester tonight so that DJ Campbell is able to play in the final as he is on loan to us from Leicester.

Fro m the OS:

David Moyes says he's enjoying watching the progression of Seamus Coleman.
The young Everton defender, currently on-loan at Blackpool, is heading for Wembley after the Seasiders beat Nottingham Forest in their Championship play-off semi-final.

The full-back's impressive performances at Bloomfield Road have seen Ian Holloway's side move to within touching distance of the Premier League.

"I think Seamus is someone who has caught the imagination of a lot of the supporters," Moyes exclusively told evertontv. "We'll get Seamus back but it's great for him.

"You've got to remember this is a boy we've taken from Ireland, we've paid £60,000 for him, we've brought him in and he's had very little of what I would call senior football," he explained. "So we had to get him some games."

Coleman made seven appearances for the Blues before his loan move to Blackpool.

The 21-year-old attracted attention for his performance during his home debut against Tottenham at Goodison Park in December – coming off the substitute’s bench to play a key role in a dramatic comeback from 2-0 down.

But the young Irishman's rise to the top almost never happened after undergoing surgery on a career threatening foot blister last summer.

"He had a terrible injury in pre-season which kept him out and, if hadn't been for that, he might have had more games and he might have even been further along," said Moyes.

"But I think these games for Blackpool, at the level they're playing at, will do him no harm at all."
Blackpool face Cardiff at Wembley for a place in the Premier League on Saturday 22 May.

The emergence of Coleman will lessen the impact of Piennar departure(if it happens). We'll score loads of goals with him and Baines attacking down both flanks.

Our Mr Coleman seems to be progressing well, with the experience of the pressure of the playoffs at Wembley he will be ready to make the right back position his own next season, if he and billy/Anichebe gel on the right like Baines and Peinaar do on the left, with Arteta through the middle all we need is a truely prolific goal scorer and well be the ones pushing chelsea.
As long as BK can talk peanuts(and Baines,Arteta,Rodwell and any one else with less than two years left) into signing the new contract.

What a year (and a bit) for the lad. Goes from Sligo Rovers to Everton, a blister nearly ends his career, debuts in a Euro match (although he got roasted), gets MoTM against Spurs, goes on loan to Blackpool and helps them win promotion to the big stage at Wembley.

That's a hell of a year for any young footballer. He definitely seems to be carrying the luck o' the Irish with him. Well done...on to the next chapter son!
