Seamie should be playing for Blackpool in their SF first leg tomorrow, starting from 12:45 on Sky Sports 1.

Want to watch this match this afternoon to check out Coleman progress, but I have something to do, so I can't watch the first-leg, if someone could find the full-match video afterward I did like to download it and watch this match later.

I'm not ****ging him off and think he will be a good player but a good run in the Championship and a couple good games for Everton means nothing at the moment.

However given that this thread has turned into Phil Neville sucks I think I should point out that:

Right now there is also no way Coleman knows how to be captain of a club.

Right now there is no way Coleman could defend like Neville and/or know when to take charge and step up like Neville did with the tackle on Ronaldo.

Right now there is no way coleman knows how to get through a 50+ match season.

Right now there is also also no way Coleman can do Phil's fearsome stepovers either :)

For those of you comparing him to Bale remember Bale was the same player who was thrown into the fire way too early and for 2 years was arguably one of the worst players in the prem. Up til this season for every one thing that Bale did well he had 3-4 WTF moments.

And never will if he is not given a chance!!

He has looked shaky defensively, he's been caught high up the pitch a few times and they've exploited the space in behind him. He doesn't get much help though, he's a attacking fullback playing in a 4-3-3 system, if he gets forward he always runs the risk of struggling at the other end of the pitch. That wouldn't happen at Everton.

On other hand he's showing his attacking qualities, which are very impressive. Great play for the goal.

Agree. I don't have a big problem with attacking minded fullback being caught out of the position - it just happens and his team has to be ready to cover for him properly. But first run in the game by Anderson, when he outmuscled him 1 on 1 on the wing was a big no-no defensively.

Adam is anonymous - he clearly can't play central midfield in Premier League level, offers nothing there.

Which is why hes out on loan really, he needs to learn the balance between his offensive and defensive play - same way Baines did.

I have been saying this since he was allowed out and to be fair so has he - hes far from being of the consistencey and balanced player we need at right back.

Does anyone remember how Kyle Naughton did look for Sheffield United last season? Didn't he play in play offs too? It could be interesting comparison between them.

We need a new right back then, because Neville and Hibbert certainly aren't the answer with there slow, one dimensional approach to anything and everything they do. If Moyes wants to make his system truly effective then he needs to get something similar to what Leighton Baines offers down the right. Especially if Bilyaletdinov is going to play on the right, he needs someone with legs behind him.
