Thanks man!
Everyone seem to be thinking the fans who keep saying we should play Neill instead of Hibbert or Coleman instead of Hibbert, for no particular reason or base on the Spurs game.
So, I feel the need to type up something to explain my reason behind making such comments.
I simply don't understand why some Evertonian feel there was an need to play Hibbert as much as possible? Is it because he's been playing RB for us for more than 7 years now? Was it because he was a loyal servant to us? Was it because he too is a Evertonian?
As far as I am concern Hibbert has it value and he is still an important squad player, but we need a right-back who could assist more on the attacking front, which would move the team attacking capabilities to a new level, but sadly Hibbert don't have what it take to keep him as our first choice RB.
Axlswhk, have I notice? It's a fact, we know, they know and Moyes should know by now.
Let's say, if Valencia was playing for us we would never reach our potential on the attacking front because we are using Hibbert and he just won't support the attack and he is not as good at crossing if you compare him to Neill and Coleman.
I don't want to say it, but Hibbert had 7 years to prove himself and that is plenty time for any player in any position, is time he step down and become a back-up for the defence line-up.
Heard Coleman is going out on loan in January, for the rest of the season. Poor decision by Moyes imo.

He's done more on the attacking front in the game against Spurs than Hibbert has in 7 years. And I'm not exaggerating.Na, it would be a waste of his talent, if he is capable of playing against Spurs and Bates, he is ready to play more part for our first team.
I might have agree to a 3 months loan-deal in August, but not now after seeing what he is capable of.
He is a similar type full-back to Baines, but probably have more gut to go down the byline, probably with more pace as well, can't say his crosses are better than Baines, but so far so good. We should make a judgement of that after he plays few more games, but I am confident enough to say he is better than Hibbert at crossing.
