You cant accuse him of being tactically inflexible when he has 2 very important midfielders injured.

2 players that would allow us to play a different way.

The 442 wingnuts can get back to 1989.

I voted C but really I think he is a mixture of A andB. Really needs to go, but, not until Brands has lined up his successor, agreed terms with him and got a release agreement with his current employers, if applicable. We really can’t afford to just sack him and have all ‘Fat Sam’s’ media mates giving it all the ‘crisis club Everton’ rubbish. Let’s pretend we are a multi million pounds business for once.

He had a full quota of midfielders and got rid of the one people said was holding him back, Gana, so he could play his beloved 433 and never did.
He seems to need perfect conditions and no injury to manage to beat the dregs and no one else has them and they just get on with it.
He's a boring moody cryarse and I'm near done with him unless somehow he miraculously changes his mindset and player selection.

Rubbish. Premier league is one of the biggest leagues in the world and he's still unproven in it.

Hes managing a club whos fans are the people who demand.

We are no better than a Newcastle.

We didnt get rid of Gana, we allowed him to move to follow his dreams, nobody will convince me it was the wrong move.

He was in the process of integrating Gmblammo.

Im still not totally convinced he favours 433, but considering how much 4231 is failing im sure he would like to give it a try.

Its just pretty difficult with 2 pretty vital midfielders missing.

I mean I dont want it to make it seem im defending our current form, im really not, I tend to think you mostly get what you deserve in this league, on the main and we havent deserved to win our last 3 league games AT ALL.

Up to now, allow of the above, with a serving of poor plan A and no plan B

Similar to Martinez; If its not working, its not the philosophy thats wrong, its that 'you' the players haven't bought into it enough, you don't believe enough

(In the manner of The Floyd's 'Wall' if you don't eat your meat)...It can't be wrong, how can it be?? its the philosophy ffs - it must be right.
Therefore its not the philosophy thats wrong.
What you actually need is more of it
QED.
etc.
Rinse and repeat

Edit; The guys an inflexible tosser, who unless he changes and evolves (learns from mistakes) won't last long.

If he does I'll be the first to cheer (obvs)
But I won't hold my breath, deadman walking, walking the blue mile atm.
