Player Valuation: £80m
What say you forum? Should we make the goals bigger so we have higher scoring games? Does more goals mean more excitement/value for money?

Just throwing this one out there.

Yeah why not.

What about banning keepers from catching the ball... they can only punch it, or palm it away. Would keep the game moving faster.

why not have the ref as a 'roaming' 12th man who can play along with either team, or change team, whenever he decides, - A bit like at school.....

AND your not allowed to tackle him, coz he is the ref and will blow for a foul.

Why not have a mad 5minutes just before half and full time, where 5 balls are thrown on to the pitch!!!!

Sigh.

Goat you could well of stumbled upon a quite genius idea.

Play with 2 different coloured balls and 2 refs at the same time. Each ref referees a coloured ball. The players can play with either and all the normal rules apply.

More goals= better game.

I can hear you choking on your jam and scones but this game is in danger of going sterile. I'm thinking you could put another couple of feet either side and above and it's probably good for another couple of goals a game.

I haven't seen any changes to the sport since they keep knobbing around with the offside rule, so it's about time we did something positive to amp up the action.

If you make Bigger Goal,s,The Goalies will want bigger wage packets

I reckon they would want that, but would we give it to them? No. I see the goalie evolving into a ball playing central defender soon enough anyway, so I reckon your tradition goalie will be going the way of the dinosaur and the frosby flop before too long

Never mind about bigger goals, what about smaller balls, with all the steroids and drugs on the go, would the players realise?

(just thinking laterally)
