Should Moyes be in charge for the last two games?

The angle of having man utd's manager lead us on sunday won't be lost on our ugly neighbours, they will kindly let us know their thoughts I'm sure....

And Kendall leaving left a 'bad taste' in the mouths of many Evertonians only less bitter by Harvey as a replacement.

You know, it really is pretty desperate trying to equate these two resignations.

First up, when Howard left I can't recall any "bad taste". It was just announced he was leaving and Colin Harvey was appointed his successor.

No one was worried because we all thought we were following the RS "boot room" policy and Colin had a great deal of input into tactics and selection during the glory years.

Colin Harvey was no Steve Round.

Secondly and more importantly, Howard left a team at the top and the future looked good.

Unlike Moyes, when Howard took over the club in crisis, he actually won trophies and left us in a much stronger position.

One of the paradoxes in the Moyes Fan Club argument is that they keep telling us how much "stronger" he made the club yet at the same time they are all panicking at the thoughts of a future without him.

Most of them have us relegated inside two or three years.

Catch a grip, you guys.

Howard Kendall = Legandary successful mabanager whom not only dragged us out the mire but left us top of the heep.

David Moyes = er, journeyman

I for one dont want him at Goodison on Sunday, he has made it clear he is going Man Utd so i would prefer it if we had a caretaker manager in charge for the final 2 games and Moyes went to join his new team at Old Trafford vs Swansea

He is going to be around our better players for the next ten days or so, there is nothing stopping him what so ever trying to tap them up....

I would like to think he is better than that but it still could happen

Spot on I am sure the team managed by Round & Stubbs for the last 2 games would be good enough to beat West Ham -BK must have something missing if he expects dealing like this is good for the fans of this club!

I hadn't even considered that aspect.

What a daft idea this is.

Well done for spectacularly missing the point

And the spectacular point is 'our neighbours would not applaud their manager going to united'. And which Liverpool managers did United want, so that thjat spectacular theory could be tested? Daglish, Benitez or Hodgson, or maybe Rodgers? Are these the same neighbours that see a United 'conspiracy' that keeps them from winning the league, cup and CL? Are these the same spectacular neighbours that have spewed their bile and hatred at Owen because he joined 'the dark side'.

It doesn't take much for our neighbours to spectacularly ooze venom at the mere mention of United.

Moyes deserves better.

If he takes our best players, I will lose respect for him. I don't want to end up hating him. They do say love and hate is the same emotion.

and neither should we, under any circumstances

The more i think about it the more ridiculous it is, simply tell him to empty his desk and leave Finch farm / Goodison, then its up to the board (god help us) to find a suitable replacement over the summer months
