Should Moyes be in charge for the last two games?

Also, i think it's better like this. We knew he was leaving, it's better to stay informed. Now we can all say thanks and bye. All breakups are shocking and terrible, but let me tell you, the sex is always good when you know this will be the last time you shag.

They probably should have done the deal quietly and announced it at the end of the season, but the media speculation made it difficult. He deserves a send off at Goodison and it would be a bit pointless for him to step down for the final remaining game.

It´s absolutely ****ing outrageous that he´ll be in charge for two more matches. HE´S AGREED TO BE THE MANAGER OF A RIVAL CLUB FFS!!!!!!!!!!

100% agree, as fans we dont choose our loyalty but why should we be subjected to having another clubs manager leading us out on Sunday, ultimate insult

I dont know how to feel. Id been in favour of giving him a good send off but the more i thik about it, he has just joined a club i hate - the club rooney rightly gets stick for joining and the only club up there with the reds that are our biggest rivals.

Never got this united love-in at times, been decent for us getting some players i suppose. Still hate them though and always will do and this goes back to my days in the 80's.

Howard Kendall left us and so is Davey Moyes. It doesn't matter what shape or form you look at it Kendall left. So you are saying, that our most successful manager's life 'wouldn't be worth living' if he had joined United but it was ok because he joined Bilbao. Erm.

There's a world of difference between Moyes and Kendall and the way they left the club. For me, this leaves a bad taste in the mouth and cements our place out side the very top clubs as we bow to uniteds every whim.

He deserve applause but that's it. I can't see the LG chanting his name. I certainly won't.

If anything the whole debacle will mean we'll get behind the team more. Not Kenwright, not Moyes. But the ragazzi in Blue.

I'm massively torn on this. Part of me thinks after 11 years he deserves a good send off.

The more I think about it though, Fergie could have waited to retire at the end of the season, Moyes could have moved jobs, all very neat and tidy.

His retiring now is so he can get the big farewell from United fans. The thing is, they can't announce his retirement now, and not have a new manager lined up, so in order to give Fergie a send off, our end of season has just been hijacked. We are being played like a bunch of gobsh!tes.

We all know BK loves a show so he'll be hamming it up to every camera. Well in blues, I think we've just sunk to new depths

I know your point, but it's nothing to do with history IMO, it's to do with dignity, self respect and not making him look bigger than EFC

It all feels a bit cheap to me letting him stay so we can wave him off to 'bigger and better' things like we were lucky to have him almost . I'm not comfortable with it personally

There's a world of difference!!!!! Kendall was a hero and had left us as the best club in the world. Winning leagues and cups. He wanted off to another country. Sod the reasons. Bilbao were never our rivals.

Howard Kendall left. He was our most successful manager, my hero as a player and manager, but he left. What might have been if he had stayed and not left to attempt to become England manager? Maybe more league titles and cups? He left for his reasons and Moysey is leaving for his.

In many jobs a person agrees to join another organisation and works their notice.

Here's another thought.

It is usual custom and practice for an incoming manager to be introduced to his new fans on the next home fixture.

Surely Moyes himself would be better off going to OT and meeting his new fans?

This nonsense just gets curiouser and curiouser.

I wonder whose idea it is?

I honestly think it is Bily Liar wants this, not Moyes.

Do you think our neighbours would be applauding their manager who was leaving to go to Old Trafford?

says it all really.

Everton are a complete joke.

And Kendall leaving left a 'bad taste' in the mouths of many Evertonians only less bitter by Harvey as a replacement.
