Jimmy Grimble

Player Valuation: £20m
For just this season, and jettisoned Tosun instead. We all know he's on the wane but stick him up front with orders to stay in and around the box and I reckon he could have been effective, especially with the service he would have got from Richarlison, Walcott and the Brazilian magician.

Not a chance, he would be on the halfway blowing out of his arse as we counter attack in the 70th minute with Richarlison and Walcott leading the charge if he played striker.

And he's not good enough to play midfield. His move to America was the best move for both parties.

We also couldn't get rid of Tosun because he had been here 6 months and looked a lot better than Rooney in that time.

He still scores goals something our strikers don't do very often. Perhaps January may shed some light on a goal scorer until that time we can only hope our wingers and #10 do the job.

He may have been an option from the bench and there will be games where his experience and leadership would have been handy but he just didn't have it in him to start week in week out at this level any more. Fair play to the guy it's great to see him doing well in the States but it's the right level for him at this point in his career.

Well he's made a .massive difference to a side that was struggling down the wrong end of the MLS and made them a mid table side on probably a bigger wage than he was in here and a percentage of shirt sales as well. So no.

For me,its a no,i was one of the ones that wanted him to come back and still think we made the right choice of signing him and getting rid of him,him doing well in the usa will of course have some saying did we get rid of him to early and he could have had 1 more year etc,or he could play in the prem league for another team, which off course he could if he wanted to,but he said he didnt and wouldnt play for no one other than man utd or Everton, good luck to him though i have never been a hater of him, while so many were.
