Think will be a mix because cant fix in all one window. Is just making sure the resigned contracts on more sensible wages and length of deals. Is going to need the summer transfer window after next season to really see the changes in this squad

This is what Ilm talking about in terms of TFG: expectations are that they'll spend a lot.

I dont see it.

And with Moyes here I expect rather sales to facilitate players coming in and re-signing players who run about a lot.

And we have been active, we’ve signed young three players permanently - the last two days ago.

Fact we haven’t been any more active bodes well.

Branthwaite’s new deal is probably the biggest signing of the window and TFG locked that down quickly before the rumors could get out of hand. He should really count on the signings list even though he isn’t new.

About where expected.

If we're no further forward in 2-3 weeks I'll be a bit more concerned. Never expected everything to be fixed this summer but we can't be going into the season without at least a couple more in, and really we need more.

Feel like we've made a lot of progress behind the scenes though, given the scale of the mess to sort out.

In an ideal world we would have at last two of RW, CM, RB addressed before the plane leaves to USA. That looks very unlikely so progress is sub-optimal but not yet critical.

I voted yes, purely because I would have liked to have signed at least one right winger by now. Otherwise, I am satisfied with the pace at which our transfer dealings are taking place.

So the options are sign a player who’s very probably going to turn out to be rubbish or watch the people who reside in their mothers basement and care more about transfers than the actual football melt down in the transfer thread? Tricky choice.

I prefer we take our time and try to get things right. We've been down the "throw money at every player out there" road in the past, and it led to nothing but trouble.
