I was just looking at yes list of share holders and their proxy's on the OS and I'm down as someone's proxy, check near the end of the list, Tom Owen, don't know who he is but he has my name!

Must be embarrassing for the club to make it as awkward as possible for the shareholders to have their say, turn down a polite request for a meeting then have one completely forced on them by a majority vote. Awful "people's" club.
