Yeah definitely. The thought of getting a season ticket and the reality of it are totally different I think. It's a massive commitment both financially and in terms of time, I know loads of people who've had the chance to get one and then balked at the last minute.

Exactly. It's cost me close to £800 to take my son and I, and that is before transport to the game, beer, food and the inevitable programme he wants.

I have to arrange rest days or shifts around it. Don't get me wrong, I ain't grumbling as I love going to the game, but it isn't always easy.

There's no way I wouldn't renew again because I want to be there for BMD and what message would it set for my son if we stopped going due to going down.

This season I've payed nearly £500 going to 10 games, so paying for a season ticket via DD is a no brainer for me. (if I get the opportunity that is)

Given you can sell the games you can't make I'll probably go to a few more all for a similar price.

Yeah obviously if you do that it makes sense. I don't think most people on the list do that though, most of them will go a couple of times a season and have the best intentions of going more and getting a season ticket but then not actually fancying the reality of it. The resale thing is good if you know ages in advance that you can't go or it's a massive game but it's not always easy to sell tickets closer to the day or for a midweek game against Fulham or whatever.

If those numbers are correct then 787 people will get the chance. When you think that's out of 20k waiting it's like a drop in the ocean.

There'll be just over one-thousand tickets available if they don't lower the % of the attendance that's allocated to season tickets.

Dropped 3 of our Season Tickets end of last season. Good decision. If we go down, going to pick our games. Not paying Premier gate money to watch the likes of Hull City, Rotherham, Huddersfield, Plymouth, Ipswich and possibly Peterborough, on top of travelling expenses and parking.

For what it’s worth I got one last summer and I was on there around 3-4 years with membership. So if you’re around the same you can’t be far off the top.
