My memory isnt great but I think 1 year we got it the same week as the first game.

They do love leaving it late.

I had a nightmare last year trying to obtain my son's, and it only arrived after the season started. Hopefully, they will start arriving this week.

Also asked for a card but nothing yet. Only got my Kyiv ticket yesterday. Box office are painfully slow
