Sean Dyche

Speaking about his exit, Dyche repeated his position that he started the talks over his departure and said he advised the club to pursue David Moyes, who returned to the club later that month.

He said: “I just knew it. I said to the staff: ‘I can see it in these lads’ eyes.’ The weight of Everton's got too powerful and they need it to lift and the only way of lifting it is if the manager goes.

“And I actually said to them, bring Moyes in if he'll do it.”

That’s cute, but isn’t quite what happened.

The players started to actively go against what he was asking them to do because they were sick of how we were playing.

Dyche even said after the Bournemouth game that the players didn’t take on his instructions.

The board had a meeting with him, and offered him money for transfer targets and he said he’s taken us as far as he could.

The board said are you resigning, he said no, and asked for his payout.

This happened on the Monday when a lot of people were told he was gone.

He kept taking training whilst a settlement was drawn out, and had to forgo a lot of what he was expecting because he effectively told the club he didn’t want to do the job anymore.

Was also questions asked about his conduct as he was known to be out the night before a game on many occasion.

The man is an absolute blagger who treats the job as a piss up and has been given the boot as soon as any standards are applied.

Happened at Burnley, happened at us and happened at forest as people quite rightly expected that squad of players to still not be near the bottom three in February.

Should never step foot in the premier league again.

I’d suggest the person arguing on a football forum that managers are irrelevant probably needs to ‘move on’. Absurd take.
1) You misunderstood (quelle surprise). I said Dyche had nothing to do with the Friedkin’s taking over or us getting points back. Which is what you claimed.

2) Dyche is a dreadful manager who went four months without winning a game. Moyes is much better, but still has limitations.

3) Dyche thankfully has nothing to do with Everton and hasn’t for over a year. It’s very weird that you’re still obsessed with him, to the extent that you’re unable to comprehend basic points like number one in this post.

4) I hope you’re able to move on with your life at some point and find peace.

Wrong again.

I suggest you take your own advice in point 4.

Hmm, not the best comeback but the effort is appreciated. Would love to know what I’m wrong about, care to elucidate?

From the person who wrote ‘Dyche doesn’t fancy you mate’

This is boring now. It’s all there in the posts, you keep interpreting them the way you want to suit your own agenda, so this is futile carrying this on.
