I normally like to wait till 10 games as most do, but the team setup and in game tactics really do concern me atm. I worry we are going to get a proper hiding off someone unless it changes.

One of them is this guy, he is an excellent coach who improves players but I'm not sure he would come here.
No need to be sensitive, I asked for suggestion for replacement. As whining with no idea of better options makes people look silly.
