No idea how this will turn out but he has my support. Dyche is no mug. He will get the team organised and playing to their strengths or at least he will attempt to. Then it is up to the players to apply what Dyche is trying to implement. Whether this squad is up to that is the big question but if they do we have a chance

Crunch the pitch and then crunch Saka, Odegaard or Martinelli in the first few minutes and the crowd will be right up for it. For all Lampard’s talk of knowing what the home fans wanted he never employed that tactic, it’s the only thing which is guaranteed to get the place rocking (Except a goal). No more walking football, straight in to em!

Good luck Sean, you’ll need it.

Everyone saying he can't be blamed if we go down is ignoring the plausible scenario that he does worse than Lampard in the games that remain in which case he will not emerge unscathed

Didn’t even want him here, but after the way he’s been shafted by the board he’s got my full support.

Not even arsed about nice football at this point.
I wanna see angry Everton shithouse ourselves to safety.
I can see it going kinda like Moyes appointment went. None of us too thrilled to begin with but he gave us a team we could at least believe in and who had a bit of pride about themselves and gave their all.

It ain't gonna be pretty

If he gets less points then Lampard then I agree.

I just can’t see him being that bad. Must have better in game management and not just stand there looking confused like Frank did.

He's going to need finishing luck. If he doesn't get it we could put together a truly disastrous return.

Either that or he's going to need a substantial amount of change tactically from what he did at Burnley. His interviews don't suggest that's coming.

He also has my total support - even more so after the shambolic lack of support from the Board.
Just wonder how some of the more delicate , and injury prone , regular inhabitants of the physios room , are handling his training sessions ?.
