I was so frustrated watching all of those four. Barely a positive pass between them all night. Great at playing triangles between full backs, centre halves and goalkeeper though.

Poor and barley got over the half way line, doesn’t look like he wanted to get up and support. Can’t have that in a home game we’re looking to win. First goal was really poor from him as well. A game where his legs showed every year.

Yes he was caught by the ball played behind him in the build up the first goal but what followed in the area was a fiasco from about four other players and a complete failure to close down the shot.

Needs to spare himself the embarrassment of playing another game of football and retire mid season, because it’s just incredibly undignified for him to continue to be put in this position and I’m starting to feel sorry for him now. It’s humiliating.

Coleman at least gave Barnes an obstacle to negotiate. Patterson left him on his own on a break to settle that match.
