Nearly got caught out towards the end but an otherwise faultless display. Definitely his role now has to be as backup but good to see him play well.

Very much doubt it. I get the distinct impression he knows he’s in the twilight of his career.
My belief is Franks wholesome praise of him at the end of last season might be related to him basically confessing he’s past it at this level as a regular starter and needs replacing.
Regardless, played very well today and had Zaha in his pocket.
