Scott Brown being allowed to walk straight back into the starting line up for a plum fixture against England despite deserting the squad earlier in the year

Thoughts Scots?

Do you need to be Scottish to give an opinion on this Mikey?
As he is consistently one of their best players does it not make sense to play him, didn't exactly desert them, thought being over 30 it would be better for himself in the long run as many in his situation do, changed his mind and is welcomed back by the players and management simples.

I think he thought he would struggle with his fitness playing Champs League as well as international games, but seems to be flourishing under Rodgers. Up there with any other midfielder in the squad and will provide a much needed "dig" in midfield. Unfortunately beggars can't be choosers.

Falkirk 1 v 1 Morton

Thought we were the better team first half without really causing Falkirk any problems in front of goal. Start of the second half saw Falkirk come flying out of the traps and they had a couple of great chances. When we scored against the run of play I said to my son that it would be robbery to win this, however, the ref added on enough (far too much ) time to allow Falkirk to equalise.

Would've taken a point from this game before kick-off and happy to get a point.

I'm English live up in Scotland and I also agree that this is Gordon's last game
Should have been dunted a couple of games ago
He was on ssn purring about Scotty B and his comeback his people speaking to our people FFS it's Scott Brown FFS not Zlatan returning for Sweden or similar
Brown now doubt is a good fit for Celtic and is respected by his club and probably most spfl players but this is a kick in the teeth for the tartan army masses

Yes but players can't pick and choose when to play for their national team?

I think Brown retired off the back of the last couple of seasons (especially last season) where he struggled with injuries and form. He's back to his very best this season so probably feels he made the wrong decision, that's fair enough by me, we need his energy, drive and leadership. However, if he retires again after this game that would be a piss-take
