Yeah McInnes won a Scottish league cup in 2014.But his Aberdeen side are constantly bridesmaids to Celtic.Even Graeme Murty got the better of him, on a few occasions last season.Derek McInnes is a good manager, but i do feel that what he has apparently "achieved" at Aberdeen is overstated. He strikes me as a man, who is happy enough in his own comfort zone, and good luck to him with that.
Considering aberdeen are 4th or 5th best supported team that's not a bad stat.
Your probably correct about Mcinnes being comfortable though .
A change next season perhaps
But be careful of what you wish for.
Who's better that would leave to go to the dons?

The guy should really be called Cork Ashtonian Rob, he is a fantasist and an antagonist, he constantly contradicts himself at every turn and having a reasonable conversation with him proves really difficult.
Here are just a few of his posts, on here I like to think especially on this thread that we can be true to ourselves and respect the intelligence of others, this guy just abuses the privilege and treats us like idiots.

As for his final sentence well words just fail me.

up.Leigh Griffths will get his comeuppance some other day im sure!I think we need to get a few proper Gers like Andy Goram and Ian Ferguson in that backroom team.Just to remind those wimps what a Rangers player should be doing when they play Celtic.lol

I haven't spoken to you in months. In fact i haven't even mentioned your name once.Yet in that same time period, you still seem to be taking swipes at me, on numerous occasions.I think that goes to show, who has the bigger problem here.I find the word antagonist to be quite apt, considering your conduct towards me on this forum.

Just unmasking some of your contrary posts, would you like to explain them? I see you don't deny being a fantasist.

As a wee aside. My son said to me 10 mins before the Hearts v Celtic game, I fancy Hearts to win 1-0 and Lafferty 1st goal at 80/1, I said it's worth a pound anyway. He put £5 on and is now in the pub with his mates enjoying his £405, well done wee man. See @Cork Evertonian , if you actually have an understanding of Scottish football, not your bigoted view (without ever having actually witnessed a game), you might win a few quid too. Hilarious that Celtic are 5th n the League and Rodgers is moaning about having no money to spend, he had a feckin' £9 million player on the bench today lol

Hearts (ok not everyone's favourite) certainly showed how to beat Celtic today, strangely they didn't like mixing it with the jam tarts today with chief antagonist Steven Naismith winding them up good and proper and as 'Ton said who'd have betted against Lafferty popping up with a goal, this has the makings of an exciting season even at this early stage.
I think the two Edinburgh sides will be in the mix this year for trophies and do well in the league.

He's came out and apparently dismissed rumours of him making ultimatums to the board regarding money to spend or he'll potentially walk away from Celtic.

"Despite reports, there's talk of ultimatums with the board - I don't work that way," the Celtic boss said.

"My communication is very open, so that's certainly not the case."

"I'd read somewhere else about walking away - I've got three years left on my contract and I love every day of my life at Celtic. All I want is for us to improve every aspect of the club."
If they get knocked out by AEK this week then I wonder if his tone may change and he hasn't denied being unhappy about their lack of signings.

Hasn't he signed four players during this window or is about to complete his fourth?
