It might be just me but I think Sandro has looked worse.

Martina had actually put in a few decent crosses and apart from his first game had actually looked like a professional player.

There's probably guys in the crowd that are better than what Sandro has showed so far.

But it is still early and he does have a good pedigree.

But seriously with Deulofeu and Sandro how did we get the two Barca players you would never trust in a possession based team.

what has he done so wrong not to deserve a chance in the first team though?

What has he done right?

There is certainly a player in there and I am not writing him off or anything but he has looked terrible in every game he has played for us so far (which of course is a very small sample size).

Schneiderlin as an example. Hasn't done much right all season but was played. I know its different with a striker but a run of games and a goal could change things for the lad.

We do like to kill a player early here don't we.
Klassen, Niasse, Sandro.....I imagine it puts players off signing for us....certainly won't help
Not our fault they are crap though?

Klaassen and Sandro both look like they've never played a game of football in their lives etc

Niasse actually is kinda rubbish at football but has a whole lot of heart which makes up for it

Agreed. Its hard to do that in our position though.

The Europa games are ideal for him (and Klaassen) to get some game time.

When are people going to understand that you don't just get an automatic right to play 20/30 games in your preferred position? Players are expected to show sufficient quality in training and the games they play to earn the right to be a regular in the starting line up, and it's pretty clear that Sandro hasn't done that. His performances from pre-season to now have ranged from OK to abject, and he needs to do an awful lot more to get himself a run in the side. The idea that 'we'll never know unless we give him a run' is so incredibly flawed it's difficult to even debunk it without writing an entire book about it.
