I think there is a problem where the dont view Sandro as someone who is "as steady" or "as reliable" as the other players that have been chosen.

Which I get for a game or two. But at some point you have to realize that someone who steadily and reliably gets you losses every week is worth nothing. Sure hes struggled, but at some point we have to change players from those who cant win, right, and give Sandro a chance?
