He is a decent player you don't get 14 La Liga goals and play for Spain U21 / Barcelona without that.

I assume we got him to play in the left of a front 3, alongside Rom and Barkley he'd be fine. Without them we don't have a focal point or a creator.

He’s just been unlucky to come into a failing team. Who knows what’s going on?

I’ll reserve judgment on him until the next manager comes in & hopefully sort things out.

Think we'll see more of this lad in the next few games. Hope he takes his chance because we're dangerously running out of options now. DCL seems to perform better when he comes on as a sub (as does Niasse). Would like to see Sandro start this weekend.

The only bigger mistake than selling him would be the one we're committing now, isolating him. He needs to be on the bench at the very least and if not there then the u23s. Do they expect him to find form and fitness whilst he's sat at home twiddling his thumbs on match days?

Strange to think that was actually from this pre season. We looked like a fairly solid unit that wouldn't concede many goals in most of the games we played, just shows how you can't draw any conclusions from friendly matches.

I would say it's nearly impossible to make a judgement on him either way. We've seen him play a grand total of 217 Premier League minutes.

He may need more game time to show what he can do or he may be absolute trash, but as of right now we have no clue.
