Sandro is a quality player and will always work hard, once the team establishes a cohesive tactical gameplan and his role is clear then I continue to believe he will impress. Position him strictly as a winger or lone striker, he will struggle - a lot of kneejerk conclusions on a player who isn't really playing regularly anyway
