Good player played in a poor system. Then again could say that about most of the first team.
he is rubbish, poor first touch, not particularly pacy, can't hold the ball up,cant pass to a blue shirt, quite possibly the worst signing since Brett Angell, and to think he kept us waiting half the summer....cheeky fecker

Just needs to be a sub for now. Both him and Rooney dropping deep meant they were easy to mark out the game. Likes his cross friend passes whalloped off the outside of his boot, doesn't he. Fastest turns ever, then sprints like Osman (same upper body strength)

Showed glimpses last night but honestly I was expecting a lot more from him. Better players than him have needed longer to adjust so pointless writing him off at this point.

Much of the time he was helping out in the midfield. He's supposed to be a striker! I think he's good though and will be OK once the goals start to come. We have to create them though.

Yes, I thought he was supposed to be a striker.
He had a few chances last night but ballooned them all over the bar. Doesn't look like a natural goalscorer to me.

He's really not very good at this football malarchy is he....no matter how you look at it...he isn't
There's a blond Dutchman at the club who is similar in this respect

Best thing we could do for Sandro is let him play in the u23s till Xmas, take the pressure/spotlight off him, let him adapt to life in England and play under a manager who instills a loyalty, work ethic and positive attitude in his players.

All of the players who step up from the u23s apply themselves, work hard and seem to be more adaptive tactically. He himself is only young as well, and he would come back a better player for it.

Plus, we are taking Niasse from their pool of players so it's only fair, and at this point in time, Niasse offers more, whether that's the trendy opinion or not.

You have to laugh.. Has nobody learnt from the Niasse topic. Nearly everybody - me included - slagged him off and now he's EFC's leading league goalscorer going into October.

I still don't know what to think of him. He is adjusting to the new league, La Liga and PL are two entirely different places. I feel like how Koeman is trying to use him isn't well, in the past footage I have seen of him he likes to come in from a wide position. I think Koeman needs to change things up and have Siggy in the middle with DCL and Niasse up top and maybe Sandro coming in from a wider position
