It will drag on because BFS will want maximum compensation, its what he does. I would love the board to sack him now and explain why i.e. your footy stinks and our fans are suffering but they wont.

There's going to be some fume on here if he is not sacked as soon as the season ends, you can see it dragging on halfway through the summer in typical Everton fashion though.

...let’s not forget that the summer is a transfer window. If regime change is planned it needs to be sorted immediately once the season ends, so the groundwork on appointing a new manager and DoF needs to be taking place now.

Absolutely. It'll be as if the board, as soon as Allardyce is eventually axed, thinks "oh no, who will we turn to now?". The reality is that they'll have had since November to come up with a long term solution. It's like Lukaku all over again, two years to prepare for his departure yet a year later we still haven't replaced him!

“They get the ball and pass it, not me,” he said.

“So, if you get the ball and move it forward to one of your front men, your front men get in the game and they attack the other teams defence. But you can’t blame me if they don’t pass the ball to each other.”

No, it's not Sam's fault. He said it himself. The fact that he picks the team, trains them, decides the gameplan and instills those tactics doesn't matter because he doesn't kick the ball. No wonder the players aren't taking responsibility with a role model like that.

Sam will have a lucrative pundit role lined up for the World Cup on some jarg tv channel.
The season will end and he will be offski on his holidays before the World Cup, leaving Steve Walsh in charge of transfer business.

The shambles will drag on.

Have decided I am going to renew my season ticket because after the weekend, there is no way FS will be at Everton next year.

Blaming the players & throwing them under the bus = lost the dressing room

Serving up boring, hoofball, defensive football, & total lack of any ambition = lost the fans

There can only be a handful of fans left who actually support him now. The papers and pundits are saying he's not the right fit for Everton. He's gone and he knows it. Shut the door Sam on your way out - you don't have to wait til May.
