I'll tell you what's annoying me too, that divvy Craig Shakespeare. Supposed to be the 'eyes in the sky', looking down from the Main Stand with his headset telling Sam which players are sticking to tactics, etc. Does he actually do anything, or is he doing his job and Sam is ignoring him? Either way his appointment has also been a disaster. Of all of the absolute divs who have come on board recently, Walsh, Allardyce, Shakespeare, Lee, I'd go as far as to say Sammy Lee is the least disappointing of them all. During our good run when they first came in he was constantly barking instructions from the sideline, but in recent weeks even he's been nowhere to be seen. I really hope this is all because the gang of them know they're off in 2 months, but that's no excuse to down tools and essentially relegate us or leave us extremely close to the drop.

All that tells me is he is easily distracted which would worry me.
Besides he was relegated with Hull. Hardly his fault but we really need to stay away from managers with any divisive issues. As soon as we hit a bad run the usual "he got Hull relegated" stuff will start happening because that's what we do.
We need to get this next appointment spot on.

You know, he hasn't actually done that bad considering how woeful we have been since the beginning of the season. But I would be disappointed to see him at the helm next season and, indeed, would be appalled if there wasn't a significant clearout elsewhere in the summer
