"They must have been in the pipeline for a considerable time but no-one thought to tell me and my staff. I'm pretty disgusted.

"...I will be meeting Farhad on Wedensday morning to discuss what happens next but I'm not expecting a long meeting."

He knows that he's finished with us and it's been clear for the last few weeks, this is simply his opportunity to flounce and make it look as though the feeling's mutual. Word is that he has another job lined up already and I wouldn't be surprised at all.

He can do a job at most clubs who simply want to survive, fortunately we haven't sunk that low yet, he did what was required of him and I think to pour more petrol on the situation makes us look smalltime, let him and the whole saga go and move on.

The reason it will be a short meeting is because he'll spend half of it at the all you can eat buffet table the horrible toad

I would say, after reading that, he may quit before he’s sacked to save face. However, I know this self loving egotistical Texan would never give up his compo package

You’ve been here 6 months pie head, you were a stop gap so deal with it and pack your bags

Do you think other managers will be looking at how badly he is being treated and give it a swerve?

Hardly a dignified way to do things in the media. Don't get me wrong, terrible manager in terms of football and arrogance. But He came here to do a job, and he more than accomplished it.

So sack him a bit more respectfully.

Bye bye :bye:

Why not? This something I would expect other clubs to do, not everton. A bit of class wouldn't hurt anyone.

Like the class this pie head as shown us?? Blaming everyone but himself, telling the world what a great job he’s done.

He should have been fired at half time on the pitch in front of 40k fans

Respect is to be earned and quite frankly the way he treated the club and in particular the fans affords him none.
It won't put managers and players off as if the change in manager is successful, the whole Allardyce incident will be forgotten within months of the start of next seadon, just like when West Ham sacked him.
