It wasn't pretty at all only savior for me was the goals were down to young lads that won't get a look in when the season starts. The attacking side is still awful and after that Lindstrom will be licking his lips cos he'll be thinking if he can't get a start here then he can't get one anywhere.

Or maybe Lindstrom is worried that he’s going to be playing with load of yard dogs.

Improving our youth development has to be a big priority moving forward

My daughter's were playing footy with a little lad at Butlins who claimed to play for Liverpool u11s, he was pretty decent tbf. He was dismissive of Everton u11s, particularly when he said, "they're (Everton u11s) not even our rivals, it's West Ham an Man City".
