In general by blaming everyone other than his own players he is publically saying they are not at fault therefore keeping up his team morale.

This is something Moyes has copyed to a T, anyone remember Wrights debut, Moyes publically blamed him and I dont think he fully recoverd his confidence.

Since then he's hardly had a "public" bad word to say about his team. Its all psychology.

Tongue in cheek, but it does annoy me that we call him Sir, after all we know that he got lucky one year, managed to bring through a load of quality kids, which was more to do with the academy coaches then Ferguson. Then follows the obvious Man U money machine and clear ref back handers, all the time we have him moaning at everything under the sun. Then Wenger comes in and he follows suit, then Mourinho and finally Benitez.

So in effect we knight someone who has been nothing more than a pain in the arse for every other football fan bar Man U fan's.

Taggert, always has been always will.

I'll be honest with you, as succesful as he has been, i would not, sorry, cant bring myself to type his title and name in full, so SAF was the only alternative left to me, remember Ghost, the whole point of my post was to have a go at the bullshit he comes out with.
Ok mate, Taggert from now on. :D (y)

Success wise i cant fault him, one of the best managers ever, but the crap he came out with in his post match interview on saturday was mind blowingly hypocritical, he had the decency to say that they ( Everton ) were a much improved side, but what he said after made my jaw hit the floor, " their fans were very influential with the referee ", [Poor language removed] me, this coming from the manager of a side who think every decision against then is an injustice, whose players have a ' surround and intimidate ' mentality towards officials, who think there should be and usually get more extra-time ( at least it looks that way ) at old trafford especially when the bastards are losing, his comment was said with a straight face, how he managed that i'll never know.
I could go on but you get my drift, [Poor language removed] hypocrite or what.

Come on Latch, he's the smartest and the biggest cookie in the Jar. He know exactly what he's saying and it's nothing to do with us, it's al manipulation. What Ref's gunna argue with him?

Its up to the refs to stand their ground after all they are supposed to be in charge.Look at Ferdinand on Saturday,he was getting involved in things he was nowhere near.
We all know teams try and influence referees or even at times bully them but really all they have to do is have the captains do the talking anyone else gets a warning and if they keep being a pain then a card.If that means getting sent off then tough.
Last season Utd v Spurs you could actually see Rooney goading Mike Riley by saying `go on then book me, go on f****** book me`, and did he, nah.
