I am with you on our lack of pace generally, but in central midfield it's more about timing than pace.Lacks pace. I'd prefer Davies getting up to get on the end of things.
Lampard was the absolute expert at this.

It'll be on the ITV catchup later afaik. I guess.yep, bought a lovely season ticket at glamorgan.
Seen one game so far, the only one they've lost this season in lovely windy, cold and rainy conditions, all other 4 games have been rained off and yet today it's going to rain mid match as well as it being like a monsoon here today.
... of course they've played every single away match and won them all.
We have some Dave. Still a bit worried though.....playing a front three like that only pays dividends when you have players following up behind to take advantage.
Me too! I'm usually ridiculously positive before games. I'm so worried right now. Can't wait either though.bricking it over this tbh
Could be very sticky. We just didn't look at all up to speed last week, still in pre season mode and that's the worst about these group qualifiers and the time they start. Sandro gave us a boost when he came on so he should be starting against these. But if they were hard to break down in Goodison...bricking it over this tbh
You hardly need extreme pace from the player following up. Hes not supposed to get there first, hes supposed to get there after your front line gets there first. Thats kinda the whole point....Lacks pace. I'd prefer Davies getting up to get on the end of things.
450 i believe.whats the allocation we got? can't imagine that much
wanted to go this but knew wouldn't get a ticket ffs
