I think the bottom line is that he doesn't appear capable of playing the role RK wants him to play. I don't dislike the boy but he's playing in a key position and not positively impacting games on a week by week basis. If he can do that he'll be fine with me but it's not happened so far.

Last year comparable to Bobby charlton and now not good enough? Maybe he's off color at the moment mate? Off form and getting used to a new manager.

He did something yesterday that has had me perplexed for years. He headed the ball on target. Huge point was gained. He normally would have sliced that one wide. But he wanted it yesterday as much as we needed him to preform. Hats off to him now just keep it up.

Consistency is his overriding problem even games where he's overall done well ,he still fades in and out. Also he still has a frustrating habit of doing the hard work then not seeing the final pass or shot. But I still believe he is improving game by game this season and will be close to the player we hoped for by this time next year.
