Not sure he takes any notice of her nonsenseCant wait for him to smack a hatrick in on Saturday and lift his t-shirt to display his "Sniff it Davek" message.

Monitor the progress of Everton and Ronald Koeman from the bench... Ya mug!
It's early days on that.but if it gets results Dave....
...that's next summer's transfer money.No chance Dave

Well liked in the dressing room Barkley. If Koeman has any sense he'l step lightly.
My suspicion is that Koeman would rather have a battler like Steven Davis than a class act like Barkley.
I reckon that Ross in any Everton side put together by Koeman will be like giving donkeys strawberries. He needs class around him to perform. If Koeman is looking for a Drinkwater type who gets the ball deep and pings it 30 yards to a whippet like Boalise then we may as well call it quits. Our boy Ross don't do hoof, he carries the ball at his feet like a CL thoroughbred.
Now that I agree with. I also think he has been playing OK and Lukaku or Mirallas could easily have been subbed after the 1st half at Sunderland. With Ross being snubbed by England and now being criticised by his club manager I think is a clever ploy by Koeman. The eyes are now on Ross to step up that bit more that we all feel he can/should so Ross will be hurting or furious and that could be a good thing. Criticism should go side by side with plaudits. I must stress again that Ross hasn't played too badly this season IMO but Koeman is now pressurising him into improvement. If it works then we will have the player we all expected him to be a few years ago.
Yes, where it should have remained.I've defended Barkley for ages on here, but even I was unimpressed by his attitude and performance on Monday. Probably his worst performance in a blue shirt and completely unacceptable. It's one thing having a poor game, but when you let your head drop and don't even put in the effort to make up for your poor touches you need hauling off. I am sure they will have discussed things in a professional manner behind closed doors.
It's up to Barkley now, does he want to go on and become the best player he can be, under a manager who was excellent in his day, or does he want to continue to hide when it matters and think that he doesn't have to put in the hard work when he isn't playing well. He can be an excellent player but he is mentally weak and that's what bothers me about him given how long he's been in the first team.
He falls out with players. It's what he does. He does it because he's 'Koeman' and has an impressive player CV. If he was a manager with impressive CV there'd be less room for criticism, but he isn't.
You dont need to make it public. The very act of hauling him off at HT does that trick for you.Better than saying he is phenomenal, the greatest talent the country has produced and all the other outrageous stuff that Martinez used to come out with . Basically RK has told the truth, he needs to improve! Surely Ross agrees, also sends out a clear message to Ross and all the squad that they need to perform. It's the only way we will improve as a team, accepting poor performances and mediocrity will leave us what 11th? Glad RK is setting a new minimum standard expected.
Hes got the most impressive CV of any Everton manager before him.
But hey, dont let that get in the way of your trolling David.
Yes, where it should have remained.
To make the Barkley public dressing down stick he'd have to have gone after Lukaku in the same way. Lukaku hadn't done anything for Everton since last March. What did Koeman do? He praised him and said it'll all come good.
Treat them all the same or it makes you look like a hypocrite.
