It makes me laugh when people say certain players don't train hard enough or are lazy. The same myth has been applied to the likes of Usain Bolt where apparently he's not the best trainer.

To be at the top level you have to be crazily naturally talented, but you also need to work very hard as it's thin lines between being at Real Madrid and Reading (Drenthe).

..... flashes of brilliance but lack of consistency. Not sure if it's an attitude or confidence problem but he's not applying himself when he crosses the white line. Big season for him, RM can only pick 11 players so he needs to perform.

Not sure why he was subbed v Stoke. I think he's got to get as many minutes in as possible. Leaving him out or taking him off early was responsible for his disjointed last season.
