Rooney sell on clause

Really, Id say the opposite. If he had of signed for Chelsea, he'd of no doubt signed a 5 year contract. However, now he's at United still, his contract only has 3 years left, and they'll be actively seeking to sell in 1.5. Whats needed really, is a club with about £24m in spendable cash to approach them in January, or next Summer, and save them the hassle of searching.

His contract runs out in June 2015 mate.

I was saying to Fox before who brought this up that I can still see someone throwing relative silly money at him when he has a year left on his contract and Stretford forcing it but Rooney isn't as daft as some thing he is. He knows if he is to come back to Everton then he'll have to swerve doing it too late or he'll stand no chance of the fans being on side. For some they never will anyway but each to their own.

What Collymore had to say about how Stretford operates has softened me towards Rooney. Clear he was a young lad pulled all over the place by a proper arl ass.

I think you're right though the end of this season will be **** or bust for him. He's quality. He's bound to have big sides on his case. It's a test of how much Everton means to him if it comes about.
